Wilshere: I’m buzzing for Wembley

by CARL ELDRIDGE Jack Wilshere is on cloud nine after we made our way to Wembley for the Carling Cup final following the victory over Ipswich at the Emirates last night.

Goals from Bendy, Kozzer and Cesc gave us a 3-0 win over the Rugby Boys and secured our place in the final where we will play either West Ham or Brum.

And teen ace Jack is delighted to have won through to Wembley and he was happy to share his elation with followers of his Twitter account this morning.

He tweeted: “Feeling good today! Still buzzing.looking forward to see who we have got to face in the final, Birmingham or The hammers should b good game!”

Meanwhile, suoper Cesc is set to enjoy a rare day off. He tweeted: “Good morning everyone. Hope u have a great day! Im a bit tired from yesterday but because we have a day off & we never do, i‘ll enjoy a bit.”

But the skipper isn’t caught up in the hype of the final and has reminded his team-mates and fans to keep their eye on the ball before the Carling Cup showdown. He added: “I know u r all happy to be at Wembley, but b4 that we have so many important games in front of us. We cant lose focus at all now. Keep it up.”

Right the hunt for a ticket to the final commences…
