Jack Wilshere Wins Player Of The Season Award

Jack Wilshere has been crowned as Arsenal’s player of the season for the 2010/11 Premier League campaign.

Wilshere acquired 41.4% of the votes in a fans’ online poll, hosted on the club’s official website.

Every football fan would agree that Jack has had a simply fantastic season this year, since he was given the massive opportunity of stepping up to the first team.

Despite the huge challenge given to Jack, he has performed incredibly well this year. For me personally, him winning this award was never in doubt.

Congratulations, Jack. Let’s hope it’s a sign of more things to come for you, and Arsenal Football Club.

    Fans are stateing that they want more jack wilshires.

    Someone who shows 100% commitment in every game, someone who knows what it means to put on the arsenal shirt and wear it with pride.

    We currently hold to many pre madonna foreigners who only want to pick up their wage packet of the week.

    Jack has been a shineing light in a miserable season, love watching this boy play football.

    To me RVP was the player of the season and rightly so. Jack and Nasri comes a distant second and third respectively.

    Wilshire deserves the award for his efforts throughout the whole season, van Persie has been terrific since his return from injury but he wasn’t much in evidence at the start of the campaign.

    Well done Jack, a pity some of your more highly paid team-mates don’t have the drive and commitment that you have shown.
