with the new comments torres made about his ‘slow’ chelsea teammates, it just hit me that wenger should try to sign torres. its fitting cause he’s the out and out striker we’re lacking and he would pair up admirably with rvp to form a lethal partnership in a 4-4-2, does this sound crazy?

I have to be careful how I word this as it could be taken as a bitter and twisted fan of a rival and I swear it is not, but after last season and our one flash in the pan at the champions league I was flat and left feeling robbed, we had played at the San Siro, we had played at the Bernabeu and we had made the quarter finals of what was supposed to be Europes premier tournament, what was left apart from the Nou Camp I felt it was a bit of an anti climax, I then watched the Sunday Supplement last Sunday morning on Sky and clearly I am not alone in my thinking, I really do not know how you boys do it to be honest, this competition is absolute rubbish until February, and how you motivate yourselves to play cock dribble every fortnight for 4 months for the last humpteen seasons is beyond me, the sooner UEFA drop the greedy gravy train and revert back to a knockout competition the better, I have absolutely no intention of watching Man United v Benfica for the 11th time in the last 15 years and in truth I will only watch the first 20 minutes of your game in the off chance by some miracle you get humped but it won’t happen..yawn yawn boring boring, wake me up in Feb !..the chances of ever seeing spurs in the champions league if it goes back to a knockout for champions is about as likely as the Pope turning Muslim, but for the good of the game it has to !..
