Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was wearing a new number 13 shirt today – but Arsenal fans need not worry about another star heading for the exit, the young England star has been honoured for his rise to stardom by being on the front of the UK version of the EA Sports FIFA 13 game packaging, where he is pictured alongside none other than Lionel Messi and Joe Hart.

The game is released in the UK on Friday, September 28, and is already available for pre-order here. The game is available in North America on September 25, in Australia on September 27, and in the rest of Europe on September 28. The game will be available for Xbox 360, Wii, Wii u, Playstation 3, 2, Portable and Vita, Nintendo 3DS, iPhone and Microsoft Windows.

The current retail price of the game is £46.47.

An EA SPORTS FIFA 13 press conference as held Tuesday featuring Hart and Oxlade-Chamberlain, who both chatted to Adam Leventhal after it was revealed that they will join Messi on the UK cover of FIFA 13.
