EXCLUSIVE: We tea up N'Zogbia for Arsene
He said: "The World Cup will not affect our recruitment. It is dangerous to buy on the back of a World Cup. The prices are artificial and you have to bear in mind that anyone can have three weeks of glory. To have 10 years of success is quite different.
"With the season drawing to a close, people are inevitably looking to discuss our transfer targets. I do have targets and have been talking to people but I cannot mention any names at the moment. The earlier you settle your teams for the next season the better it is and the less anxiety you have."
Then there is Fiorentina's French keeper Sebastien Frey, a player AW has reportedly had on his radar for some time. Frey is 30 (not that old for a No.1) and given that the boss seems to have changed his mind about signing older players (Sol Campbell) this move could make sense. Manchester United, Juventus and Bayern Munich are also being linked with Frey after a fine season in Serie A.
Speculometer rating: No surge for Sergio; Frey's had his day; Hart gets the part.
Okay, the speculometer is starting to shudder and there is steam coming out so I'll switch it off for the time being and let it rest easy ahead of more transfer tittle-tattle coming soon.

We saw how bad he was at the Emirates this season . the keeper is a joke and one of the rare goalkeepers that is worse than Fabianski
Given is a great keeper and they cant keep Hart on loan for 4 or 5 years.
They´re also looking for an experienced RB so why not Eboue + 15 millions for Hart and Richards?? Or at least Eboue for Hart.
