Is Alexis Sanchez on his way out to Paris?

According to reports, The Chilean has been spotted by locals in Paris! It looks as though he is in an airport in the picture that was taken. The image left many football fans, especially Arsenal fans, a bit confused as to why he is not in the country when Arsenal have a very important upcoming away fixture against Crystal Palace just 48 hours after he was spotted. Manchester City fans are gutted to see the picture as they thought Alexis would be on his way to Manchester in January. But after seeing this, it looks as though he might be a Paris-Saint-Germain player very, very soon. It isn’t just City and PSG in the race to sign Alexis, there has been interests from Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Inter Milan and more! Arsene Wenger has supposedly said he is willing to let the Chilean go for a small fee around £35million ONLY in January as he doesn’t want to see him go for free in the summer because of his contract expiring. Great news for Arsenal fans involving Jack Wilshere!

Arsene Wenger has confirmed in a press conference that he is confident Wilshere will remain an Arsenal player and only financial terms is holding the deal back. When Wenger was asked about the situation he said: “I believe if he can meet the point of agreement financially, he will want to stay.” Wilshere has had a great run of games for Arsenal which is brilliant to see from an Arsenal fan’s perspective. It is quite rare to see Wilshere starting and playing 90 minutes for The Gunners. Wilshere has had major setbacks with his unfortunate injuries throughout the years, forcing Wenger to loan him out a couple of times to Bolton and Bournemouth. Wilshere is a fan favourite of many and fans say they would absolutely love to see Wilshere playing alongside his former teammate Mesut Ozil in years to come!

Huge game at Selhurst Park against Crystal Palace!

Arsenal will want to forget about last season’s disaster as they travel to Selhurst Park. The last meeting between the two London sides was back in April when Palace destroyed Arsenal 3-0 with goals from Andros Townsend, Yohan Cabaye and Luka Milvojevic. Fans say it was one of the worst performances they have ever seen Arsenal put out. Arsene Wenger will certainly hope it won’t be anything close to a repeat! Nacho Monreal has been ruled out of the game as he got injured against Liverpool last Friday. Giroud and Ramsey are also still out of the side with injuries and Wenger has stated they will both be fit again to play in January. With Nacho Monreal injured, who do you think Arsene Wenger should play at centre-back? Tweet us @ArsenalInsider what you think Wenger should do and also state your score prediction if you’d like!
