Arsenal and Liverpool will have a strong chance of signing their target, Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan, if they move quickly for him, according to his agent Mino Raiola. The 25 year old is also wanted by Serie A giants Juventus and he could move to the club this winter.
Raiola was quoted telling Radio Anch’io Sport: “He’s an extraordinary footballer, on both a technical and professional level… He’s suitable for Juve, he can be part of one of the top 10 teams in the world.”
Raiola, however, also said that it is unlikely that Dortmund would wish to part ways with him this winter, although he can ‘bring something extra’ to the Serie A.
Mkhitaryan has had an unimpressive campaign this season, with the player managing to score only two goals and provide a solitary assist in 20 appearances for his club. He is consequently believed to have fallen out of favour at the Signal Iduna Park and may be looking for a move.
The Armenian ace is a traditional attacking midfielder, with an additional capability to play on either wing in the attacking third. He has showcased immense talent playing for Shakhtar Donetsk in the past and even though he may be going through a rough patch right now, he may prove to be a massive addition to either of the aforementioned English sides if they manage to sign him.
