Sanchez to sign
Manager Arsene Wenger still claims Alexis Sanchez will sign a new contract in the summer however Wenger also added he won’t be sold to a Premier League team if he does decide to go.
Sanchez is, according to Arsene Wenger, happy at the club and wants to stay at the Gunners.

Wenger working on deals
However despite his contract issues, Arsene Wenger still insists he is working on deals to bring new players into the club this summer. With Wenger’s future still up in the air, Wenger has insisted that the future of the club continues regardless of him.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain recent good form is to be rewarded with a new contract which he is due to sign worth £100,000 per week as they look to stave off interest for the English midfielder. Oxlade-Chamberlain has recently been deployed at wing back and has been excellent in the position. With recent uncertainty over his future, Arsenal fans will be happy to see the Ox sign.
After reports showed Olivier Giroud possibly leaving in the summer to a large bid from Marseille, manager Arsene Wenger has reiterated that Giroud will be staying with the club and won’t be sold in the summer.
Wenger still sees Giroud as an important member of the squad.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has, according to reports, opened talks with French side Paris Saint-Germain. The Gabon international has been in fine form this season for Borussia Dortmund with the Gunners failing to secure the player after bidding £80m last summer.
Goalkeeper Peter Cech has revealed the season will be a disappointment if they fail to qualify for the Champions League final. With the FA Cup at the end of the season, the club can continue to concentrate on their league position and the slim hope of sneaking into the top four.
Arsenal players remain upbeat with the challenge of getting into the top four and after their FA Cup semi-final win over Manchester City at the weekend the team seem to be enjoying training and have a spring back in their step.
