Mykhaylo Mudryk is seemingly keen on signing for Arsenal this month, and the Ukrainian international might have just let slip another hint of his desire to move to north London via Instagram.
Eagle-eyed Arsenal supporters spotted that the 21-year-old attacker had liked a post on Instagram involving Mudryk behind a jail cell with the caption ‘#FreeMudryk’, with Shakhtar Donetsk yet to agree to Arsenal’s terms for the winger.

Mudryk has been one of the most talked about players in football this January transfer window. And after what has happened already this week, it’s no wonder why the attacker is letting his frustrations out in public.
The Evening Standard recently reported that Arsenal had made a second offer for Mudryk worth around £60m. However, Chelsea have since joined the transfer battle, with the Independent claiming that the Blues are willing to bet anything the Gunners bid for the youngster.
Arsenal have to accelerate deal to sign Mudryk this week
Given Chelsea’s unlimited pot of wealth this month, going toe-to-toe with the Blues for Mudryk will be a fool’s errand for Arsenal. Which is why the Gunners must work this week to secure a deal to sign the UEFA Champions League superstar.
After all, it is clear that Mudryk wants a move to Arsenal, and with Shakhtar stalling on a deal, the Gunners must do everything in their power to bring the attacker to north London, with this latest Instagram stunt only adding more fuel to the fire.
