A tall tale about Aaron Ramsey

by CARL ELDRIDGE Here’s a tall story from the Sun (for a change), which tells us that aspiring midfielder Aaron Ramsey has grown two inches in the last year.
The redtop says Arsenal’s 18-year-old whizkid wins his 11th Welsh cap today when Scotland provide the opposition in Cardiff.
Wales windbag John Toshack said: “There’s never been any doubt about his potential. He has grown a little more in confidence, as you would expect. He’s also shot up an inch or two. He is going to be an interesting one in the future.
“We’ve seen a big difference in him and we’re expecting good things from him. When he plays more for Arsenal, the Welsh side will get the full benefit because there is no doubt about his talent.”
In what has become a barrel-scraping exercise this morning to bring you news of all things Arsenal I’ll have to resort toa tale from the Mirror which brings us news of T******** keeper Carlo Cudicini and his bike accident.
The paper says the woman involved Cudicini’s horror road crash supports the Arsenal. Cudicini was thrown from his BMW motorbike after it was involved in a collision with a Ford Fiesta in East London on Thursday morning.
The Fiesta driver, Jennifer Bernard, 25, was with her young child at the time of the accident but both escaped injury. She said: “I’m not OK. I’m still very shocked by everything.” Her brother Daniel, 26, added: “She’s very shaken, but she is fine and her little one is OK. The thing is – she’s an Arsenal fan and I’m a S**** supporter.” We wish him a speedy recovery.
Nope, there is no more that I can fin in the papers but I did come across this calling card on an American Arsenal fan’s site here apologies if you’ve seen it before.
