The FA Cup is now becoming the usual premiership affair with only Coventry City, Swansea City, Sheffield United and Watford being certain of a place Burnley have earned a money spinning repeat against West Brom and Derby County and Nottingham Forest will take on their second East Midlands derby under the memory of the late great Brian Clough, whilst Doncaster face a replay with Aston Villa. The clubs will earn £200,000 before any TV deals are announced, and The FA are said to be moving swiftly to close the loophole in their regulations that could see sides omit to playing a replay as mooted by their arch nemesis Sir Alex Ferguson. The ties wil be played Friday 13th Feb and the weekend of the 14/15th depending on TV rights of course.
Arsenal drew with Cardiff and replay on Tuesday 3rd of February. Liverpool and Everton have just drawn also.
