Arsenal are in Greece tonight to take on Olympiacos in the first leg of the round of 16 in this season’s Europa League.

We can’t stress enough how important this game and this competition is for the Gunners. Getting ourselves knocked out of the Europa League will instantly end our season, and that will be a humongous blow.

My Revenge On Ben Foster

Thankfully, Mikel Arteta is taking things as seriously as he should and the Arsenal boss has named a very strong lineup.

ESR on the bench, Willian starts

Bernd Leno keeps his place in goal with David Luiz and Gabriel Magalhaes starting in front of him. Kieran Tierney, one of our saviours against Benfica in the last round, starts as well, and he will have to be at his best again to help us get a positive result.

Hector Bellerin gets back into the side after being benched against Leicester and Burnley. He will have to step up tonight after his poor showing against Benfica two weeks ago.

There are no surprises in midfield. Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka start in the middle of the park with Martin Odegaard in front of them as our creator-in-chief.

Emile Smith Rowe has to settle for a spot on the bench on his return from injury.

Willian changed the game in his last Europa League appearance. He gets a start today, and hopefully he can continue his new-found form.

Bukayo Saka and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang start again and the pair will be our two most important players. They stepped up against Benfica when it mattered the most, and hopefully, they can deliver again tonight.

Arsenal XI vs Olympiacos: Bernd Leno, Hector Bellerin, David Luiz, Gabriel Magalhaes, Kieran Tierney, Granit Xhaka, Thomas Partey, Willian, Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Substitutes: Maty Ryan, Karl Hein, Calum Chambers, Rob Holding, Pablo Mari, Cedric Soares, Mohamed Elneny, Dani Ceballos, Emile Smith Rowe, Nicolas Pepe, Gabriel Martinelli, Alexandre Lacazette.

Come on you Gunners!
