Arsenal fans react as Bukayo Saka stars for England

Some Arsenal fans were reacting to Bukayo Saka after his performance for England versus Andorra.

Gareth Southgate’s men ran out comfortable 4-0 winners thanks to goals from Jesse Lingard (2), Harry Kane, Bukayo Saka.

The attacker scored once and assisted two goals on what was his 20th birthday.

His goal came via an unexpected method from a header after a cross by Jesse Lingard.

It helped the Gunners youngster recover following his Euro 2020 heartache against Italy.

The Arsenal youngster missed the fifth and crucial penalty that sent the side on their way to defeat.

He was left heartbroken in the aftermath, however, yesterday would have done well to blow them away.

Saka needs to carry England form to Arsenal

It has been an abysmal start to the season for the Gunners.

No wins in three and no goals scored either depicts the club’s worst start to a season.

And Saka has been one of the players who has fallen off from last season’s form. The England international has been far from his usual self, failing to take on opposition defenders.

Saka has only averaged one dribble and been 0.3 times per Premier League game this season. In stark contrast, the ace attempted the most dribbles and was the most fouled player last season.

It’s clear that Saka needs to carry his England into the upcoming Arsenal fixtures. Without the star, history has shown the Gunners often struggled.
