Arsenal finally secured their first win of the Premier League season with a 1-0 victory over Norwich City, with Aaron Ramsdale making his first league start for the Gunners.
The summer signing from Sheffield United was surprisingly selected over Bernd Leno. After all, the 29-year-old had started between the sticks in Arsenal’s first three Premier League games.
Moreover, the German shot-stopper shipped nine goals as the Gunners slumped to the bottom of the table after three games. And Mikel Arteta entrusted Ramsdale to start between the sticks against Norwich.

With the youngster keeping a clean sheet, it was a good day at the office for Ramsdale, who was hardly active against Norwich.
However, it was what the keeper did after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored that got Arsenal fans excited. With Ramsdale being caught passionately celebrating the club’s first Premier League goal of the season.

He deserves the number 1 spot already. The passion he shows from every goal we have scored so far is brilliant and he actually has better ball playing skills than Leno
