Arsenal have had a shocking record against Tottenham in recent times. We last beat them in December 2018, and our league finishes have been extremely poor compared to them as well.
Spurs have finished ahead of us in the table in each of the last four Premier League seasons. Tottenham fans have been raving about how the times have changed and how North London is now white.
Ex-Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara is the latest to jump on that train. He tweeted last night about how his former side has silenced Arsenal fans ‘over the years’, and that didn’t go down well.

Arsenal ended up above Tottenham in all but two of Arsene Wenger’s 22 seasons in North London. We’ve won a ton of trophies as well, and there is no debate over who has been the bigger club in history.
In the last four years, Spurs have finished above us, but does that really count for anything? We’ve won two FA Cups and two Community Shields since 2017 – Tottenham have won absolutely nothing.

This season has been our worst start to any campaign for almost 50 years. We were labelled as relegation candidates by many, but we are just three points behind our noisy next-door neighbours, who according to a few pundits are title contenders.
North London was, is and will forever be red, and Arsenal fans have made sure O’Hara understands that. Here’s how a few of them reacted to his tweet yesterday.
