The Gunners are on top of the Premier League table at the moment, while Spurs remain unbeaten so far. It will surely be an incredible game, and we’ve got to go with our strongest XI.
Here’s how we think Arsenal will line up vs Spurs.
Arteta makes two changes for NLD: Arsenal predicted XI vs Tottenham
Arsenal were simply sensational against Brentford on Sunday. We were all over them from the first minute to the last, and usually after a performance as good as that, there’s no reason to make any changes.
However, we were without two key players at Brentford, and we expect both of them to come straight back into the side when Tottenham come to the Emirates.
Aaron Ramsdale will keep his place in the side, as will Ben White, William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes. However, we expect Kieran Tierney to make way for Oleksandr Zinchenko at left-back.
Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey were both absolutely incredible for Arsenal against Brentford on Sunday. They are Mikel Arteta’s undisputed first-choice starters in the middle of the park, and they should keep their place in the side.
In front of Partey and Xhaka, we expect Martin Odegaard to return to the side. Fabio Vieira had a solid game against the Bees and even scored a stunner, but the Norwegian is our skipper, and we need him for our biggest game of the season yet.
Arsenal’s front three is expected to remain unchanged – Gabriel Martinelli on the left, Bukayo Saka on the right and Gabriel Jesus leading the line to help us secure the bragging rights.
Predicted Arsenal XI vs Tottenham: Ramsdale, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko, Partey, Xhaka, Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli, Jesus.
