West Ham United are keen for Arsenal to include Emile Smith Rowe in a swap deal that would see Declan Rice move to the Emirates this summer.
It is no secret at this point that Rice is our top target. The Irons skipper just won the UEFA Conference League this week, and right after that, West Ham chairman David Suillivan confirmed he will be sold.
Arsenal are expected to make a bid to sign Rice in the coming days, and The Sun claim today that David Moyes wants Smith Rowe included in the deal.

Why Pele Is Overrated.
West Ham want Arsenal to offer Emile Smith Rowe in swap deal for Declan Rice
Arsenal are desperate to sign Declan Rice this summer.
The Englishman is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and he is exactly what we need. He will take us to a whole new level if we can get him, and we really hope this deal will go through.

Moyes, however, has different ideas. The West Ham boss knows Rice is on his way out this summer, and the report claims he has decided to demand Smith Rowe in a swap deal from Arsenal to sanction this deal.
A transfer insider reportedly told the outlet: “Nobody can replace Declan Rice, but David Moyes is a big fan of Smith Rowe and thinks he could really help the team as they rebuild and plan for life after Declan Rice.
“For a long period, Smith Rowe was one of Arsenal’s best players but he has fallen down the pecking order a little bit. He won’t be a starter next season but Arsenal aren’t keen to lose the player.”

The Insider’s View:
Should Arsenal include Smith Rowe in the deal to get Rice? Absolutely not.
The 22-year-old had a torrid season due to injuries and fitness struggles, but everyone who has seen him knows he’s one of the finest talents in English football.
He can score goals, create chances and carry the ball from one end of the pitch to the other with ease. He is an outstanding player and we have no doubt that he will return to his best soon.
As for West Ham, just accept the money and let Rice go. There’s no way we’re including Smith Rowe as a part of the deal, not even on loan.
