According to a report from El Desmarque, Dani Ceballos held a secret meeting with Real Madrid chief Florentino Perez regarding his future. The Spanish midfielder joined Arsenal on loan earlier this summer but his future beyond that deal is still unclear.
Ceballos capped his good start to the season with a goal in the Europa League just before the international break. Arsenal fans would certainly love to see him sign permanently in the near future and if the report is to be believed, there is a good chance of that happening.

The report claims that Ceballos urged Real Madrid to accept Arsenal’s offer, should it come, to sign him permanently. The Spaniard reportedly feels comfortable with Emery’s trust in him, something he missed with Zinedine Zidane at the Spanish capital.
Ceballos has requested Perez to hold a meeting with Arsenal in December according to the report and Raul Sanllehi will have to have his negotiator’s cap on to satisfy the Galacticos’ demands. Madrid reportedly want to make a 3x profit on Ceballos which will cost us in the region of £36million.

Arsenal are not willing to match that fee with the report claiming that we will go as high as £30million. That fee could tempt Perez to offload the player who has been surplus to their requirements since they signed them. Arsenal would be getting brilliant value considering that he is still 23 and his best years are yet to come.
