Arsenal are relaxed over the current strategy they have in place for the academy and their youth talent coming through the club, Arsenal Insider understands.
It comes as questions have persisted over the side, following on from some key exits in the youth ranks in recent months.
Chido Obi left Arsenal to join Manchester United last summer before Ayden Heaven moved to Old Trafford in January.
Fans have been anxious about the possibility of more Hale End academy stars leaving to pursue opportunities elsewhere.
However, Arsenal have faith in their clear strategy when it comes to the youth prospects currently in their ranks.

Arsenal stance on academy transfer exits
With Obi and Heaven both making their debuts for Manchester United this season, plenty of questions have persisted over Arsenal’s academy strategy.
While Heaven was offered a new contract by Arsenal, his move is the latest to bring up thoughts on exits.
However, TBR Football’s Graeme Bailey told Arsenal Insider that the club are confident of the plan in place with Hale End.
He said: “Obviously fans have seen Obi and Heaven go to Manchester United and they react whenever they lose a player but the clear message I get is that Arsenal, along with the major academies in England, they’re always of the belief that if you don’t want to fight for your place then you can move on.

“There are no tears over spilt milk here. Arsenal are very very happy with where they are in terms of youth players and so they should be with Lewis-Skelly and Nwaneri in the first team.
“Arsenal believe they have the best academy in Europe, like most major teams believe. The message is to the fans that they know what they’re doing.
“The response and attitude from these academies is that no one is bigger than the club and no one is going to be begged to stay around. These players are on good deals and if they don’t see a pathway to the first team then it’s bordering on ridiculous when you see the academy players in the first team now.
“There’s no inclination to change their stance, they’re happy with where they are. Obviously, Heaven and Obi have chosen to leave but that is their prerogative like any young player.”
While it may prove to be that Arsenal lost out on two potential stars, they already have plenty of youngsters ready to make the step up and prove themselves.

Who are Arsenal’s next up-and-coming academy stars?
The Arsenal academy will be proud of making such fantastic academy stars, regardless of whether they play for the first team or move on to impress elsewhere.
While Nwaneri and Lewis-Skelly impress for the Gunners, Obi and Heaven will be examples elsewhere of how good Hale End can truly be.
With those players now taking their first steps into senior football, the cycle continues as many look towards the next big players who will come out from the academy.
For Arsenal, one of the big names is Max Dowman, who has been involved in plenty of senior training sessions.
The 15-year-old isn’t eligible to feature until next season, but could be the next youngster to make his debut.
Marli Salmon, a 15-year-old defender who has already played for the under-21s is another in a long list of youngsters taking the step up.
While it remains to be seen which opportunities could open up in the pathway, Hale End has plenty more talent coming through.
