Every Arsenal academy star called up March international duty including Max Dowman and Jack Porter

The March international break is finally here and plenty is going on at Arsenal, both at the club and away from it too.

Some Arsenal stars have been called up to their international team this month, while others will stay at Arsenal over the international break.

Plenty in the first team are jetting off to join up with their nations, hopeful of a successful period away before the final stretch of the season.

There are also those in the Hale End academy who have been called up to feature for their teams at the youth international level.

So with that said, here’s a look at every Arsenal youngster called up for duty this month.

England under-19s – Tommy Setford

Arsenal academy goalkeeper Tommy Setford has been called up as part of the England under-19s squad this month.

The shot-stopper will take on European Championships qualifiers, with three matches coming up against Wales, Turkey and Portugal.

England under-18s – Khari Ranson

Another from the goalkeeping ranks, Khari Ranson will join up with the England under-18s for the March international break.

The Arsenal glovesman will be looking to get some minutes ahead of some friendlies in the week or so ahead.

England under-17s – Max Dowman and Jack Porter

The England under-17s have called up two Arsenal academy record-breakers in both Max Dowman and Jack Porter.

The pair have both been tipped for big things in the future and are already playing above their age group on the international and club stage.

Matches in the European Championship qualification stages await, which will be a huge opportunity for the Young Lions.

Wales under-19s – Brayden Clarke

Defender Brayden Clarke has been called up for the Wales under-19s squad, with European Championship qualifiers ahead.

The centre-back made his debut at that level for his nation back in October, making four appearances for the side.

He will go up against Tommy Setford and England as one of the three games ahead.

Serbia under-17s – Louis Zecevic-John

Young winger Louis Zecevic-John will feature for the Serbia under-17s when they join up for European qualification.

Matches against the Netherlands, Hungary and Portugal await for the 17-year-old, who has been a regular for the under-18s at Arsenal this season.

Northern Ireland under-17s – Ceadach O’Neill

Arsenal forward Ceadach O’Neill has been called up to the Northern Ireland under-17s, having featured in the under-19s previously.

The 16-year-old has been a regular part of the Hale End under-18s squad this season, featuring on plenty of occasions.

Wales under-17s – Alex Marciniak

Arsenal midfielder Alex Marciniak has been called up for the Wales under-17s for the upcoming European qualifiers.

The 17-year-old has slowly been making his way into the Arsenal under-18s team this season.
