The Arsenal Academy has been producing incredible young players for a long time, and they have done it again.

Hale End has produced stars like Bukayo Saka, Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly over the years, and those players have saved Arsenal millions. Max Dowman has also been promoted, and he looks like a superstar in the making.

The common theme among the above four names is that they are all left-footed, and three of the four mostly play in a right-sided role.

Now, the Arsenal youth system may have finally produced an elite right-footer who plays on the left side – Brando Bailey-Joseph.

Brando Bailey-Joseph could make Arsenal fans’ wishes come true

The Arsenal academy has produced so many incredible left-footers in recent seasons.

We’ve already told you about Saka, Nwaneri, Lewis-Skelly and Dowman, and they are all exceptional talents.

Along with them, Omari Hutchinson, who recently signed for Nottingham Forest for £37.5 million, and Amario Cozier-Duberry, who is flying on loan from Brighton at Bolton, were also products of Hale End.

Arsenal fans have often wished to see their academy produce a right-footed left-winger to solve the issues they have had in that role in recent seasons.

Those wishes from Arsenal fans may have just been answered through Bailey-Joseph.

The 17-year-old was awarded his first professional contract earlier in October, and he is viewed as a massive talent in the academy.

A right-footed left-winger who can also play on the opposite side, Bailey-Joseph has scored in each of his last three U18 Premier League appearances. He also picked up an assist in those games.

Mikel Arteta has never been too scared to give opportunities to young players. Bailey-Joseph still has a long way to go, but we think he could follow in Saka, Nwaneri and Lewis-Skelly’s footsteps in the coming years.

Brando Bailey-Joseph’s style of play

Bailey-Joseph is an absolute joy to watch on the wings.

Arsenal’s official website describes him as a player with ‘devastating pace and trickery’, while his decision-making in the final third is very good as well.

Bailey-Joseph brings a lot of unpredictability. His dribbling skills are top class for his age, which isn’t a surprise as the player he looks up to is Eberechi Eze.

Arsenal have a star in the making in young Bailey-Joseph, and we can’t wait to see him develop even more in the coming months.

If all goes well, we won’t be surprised to see him involved with the first-team squad on their pre-season tour next year.
