Every young player in Arsenal’s academy will want to become the next Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe – Reuell Walters and Lino Sousa are no different.
The Arsenal U18s took on Cambridge United in the FA Youth Cup earlier this week and Jack Wilshere handed starts to both Sousa and Walters in defence.
Both players had a decent game, but it’s what they did at the Emirates after full-time is what has caught many fans’ attention.

Arsenal wonderkids recreate Saka and Smith Rowe’s iconic celebration
The Arsenal U18s were given the opportunity to play their game against Cambridge United at the Emirates Stadium this week.
It was a huge opportunity for the lads, but it wasn’t an easy game at all. Ethan Nwaneri gave us the lead early on, but we then conceded twice – Josh Robinson scored an own goal in the 26th minute before Kai Yearn gave them the lead just 22 minutes before full-time.
The young Gunners’ backs were against the wall, but Wilshere’s men pulled off a remarkable comeback. Amario Cozier-Duberry levelled the game in the 72nd minute and Michal Rosiak scored the winner in stoppage time.
The Arsenal U18s were beyond delighted with the result and some of the celebrations were a joy to see. The one we enjoyed the most was Sousa and Walters recreating the iconic Saka and Smith Rowe pose at the Emirates.

Ethan Nwaneri scored a stunner
There was a lot to like about the Arsenal U18s against Cambridge United on Thursday.
Bradley Ibrahim, Omari Benjamin, Cozier-Duberry and Sousa were all very good throughout the game, but our two youngest players – Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly – were absolutely sensational.
Lewis-Skelly played a massive part in Arsenal’s first goal midweek. He picked the ball up from his own half and drove past four Cambridge players into the box.
The ball then broke for Nwaneri, who fired it into the corner from outside the box. Watch the youngster’s excellent goal below!
