Arsenal youngster Joe Willock has been he can leave the club with Newcastle United having an offer on the table.
90min claim that the Toon have tabled a £25m proposal to the Gunners for the England youth star.
The midfielder spent last season with the northeast side and flourished under Steve Bruce’s management.
Willock’s future at Arsenal is up in the air, with the Hale End graduate not having any guarantees over playing time with the north London side next campaign.

To add to matters, the midfielder’s deal with the Gunners ends in 2023.
Whilst the Gunners need a midfielder who can add more to the attack, Willock does not appear to be an option Mikel Arteta fancies. The 21-year-old scored eight goals last campaign for Newcastle in the league.
Indeed, it is not yet known if Arsenal will accept Newcastle’s £25m offer for Willock. Whilst the offer is a high one, the Gunners have previously valued the midfielder as high as £30m.
Insider View: Willock must decide where his future lies
What to do with Willock is a question that has plagued both Arsenal and supporters all summer.
There’s no denying that the youngster is a talented player who has the potential and quality to thrive in the Premier League at an elite level.
However, Arsenal’s awkward squad structure as well as Arteta’s style of management make it difficult for Willock to fit.
If the Gunners were a competent club and able to negotiate a stellar deal for Willock, then it would be likely that the midfielder will depart north London.
But with Newcastle likely just offering £25m for Willock and no sell-on clause or buy-back option, Arsenal are torn.
At the end of the day, Willock is a player who is good enough to play for both clubs. And the youngster is the only person who knows what is best for him in this crucial stage of his career.
