Former Arsenal player and coach Jack Wilshere could be about to take his first proper step into management this summer.
The 33-year-old has been working hard towards getting a role as head coach, having started off with a role in the Arsenal academy.
He took charge of the under-18s, before an opportunity at Norwich arrived, joining the Canaries as part of the senior setup.
While there, Wilshere revealed his desire to become a head coach, with the chance handed to him at the end of the season.
Johannes Hoff Thorup’s dismissal meant Wilshere was Norwich’s interim coach, though he only had two games before leaving the club at the end of the campaign.
Now, available to work again, Wilshere is being eyed for the Plymouth Argyle job, offering him a route to start in League One.
With that possibility on the cards, here’s a look at a few Arsenal players he could take with him to the club on loan.

Jack Porter
Out of all of the positions on the football pitch, the goalkeeper is among the toughest to break into as a young player.
As a result, Arsenal could look to loan out Jack Porter for some minutes to build up his experience between the sticks.
Porter has already made his Arsenal debut and looked established against League One opposition Bolton Wanderers in the Carabao Cup this season.
At just 16 years old, it could be an opportunity to land some much-needed experience under someone he will know well in Wilshere.
Ismeal Kabia
Another youngster who could look to gain some valuable minutes on loan next season is Arsenal academy winger Ismeal Kabia.
A versatile star, the 19-year-old is capable of playing on both the left and right flanks and has done so through the youth ranks.

Kabia made his Arsenal debut in the Carabao Cup, also against Bolton, and received several senior call-ups.
He could now be an option for Wilshere to take and develop on loan at Plymouth next season.
Josh Nichols
Josh Nichols is an Arsenal defender who largely plays at right-back, but has also featured as a left-back in the academy ranks.
The 18-year-old recently took a step up to the under-21s and made ten appearances in the Premier League 2.
An opportunity to join Wilshere could offer some guidance to help progress further in a challenging environment, where promotion is expected next season.
