Following a relatively successful trip in the Champions League for Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, a lot of fans have now come to one conclusion.
It was a night for Arsenal’s fringe players with the side already qualified in first place.

And Mikel Arteta did make several changes to his starting eleven, as well as including some fresh faces on his bench.
Moreover, Emile Smith Rowe made his long-awaited injury return – a player much loved by the Arsenal fan base.
However, with all considered, a large proportion of Arsenal fans now seem to think that Emile Smith Rowe needs to be sold.
Arsenal are said to be strapped for cash in January owing to their Financial Fair Play restrictions, but raising funds may allow some room to manoeuvre.
And a lot of fans have now reached the conclusion that Smith Rowe departing Arteta’s Arsenal side may be for the best.
Replying to Arsenal’s post on X, one fan said: “My number 10 getting sold soon.”
Another said: “We all want to see ESR loving his football again, Barca could be [the] making of [an] amazing experience.”
And one fan simply said: “Sell. This. Guy.”
Arsenal fans reach same conclusion over Emile Smith Rowe’s future under Mikel Arteta
It’s clear that there’s a ton of love for Emile Smith Rowe among the Arsenal fan base, he’s a Hale End boy.
However, a lot of fans are now coming to the realisation that a departure may be best for all parties.

Smith Rowe isn’t enjoying many minutes, even if that has been hugely influenced by injuries.
And as much as some won’t want to see him leave, they simply don’t want to see their #10 just sitting on the bench.
Perhaps some members of Arsenal’s hierarchy have also come to the same conclusion, that Smith Rowe now isn’t needed for this Arteta project.
It’ll certainly be interesting to see what happens in the future either way.
All fans will be delighted if £60m Smith Rowe does end up recovering his form and starring for the side, however some now think that’s unlikely to be the case.
