Vitor Reis is a professional football player who currently represents Palmeiras in the Brazilian Serie A, where he has spent his entire playing career so far.
The youngster made his way through the youth ranks with the Alviverde, where he made his professional debut in June 2024 against Fortaleza.

Reis was born on January 12, 2006, which makes him 18 years old at the time of writing and at the start of his career.
The youngster was born in the city of Sao Jose dos Campos, which is located in the south-east region of Brazil.
So far in his career, Reis has represented Brazil at youth level, featuring for the under-16s and under-17s of the national team.

In his short career so far, Reis has played mainly as a centre-back, but he is also more than comfortably filling in at right-back.
The Brazilian wonderkid is right-footed, which means he is more suited to that side of the defence over the left.

According to reports from The Athletic, Arsenal made an enquiry with Palmeiras in September 2024 over a possible move for Reis.
The report claims that the Gunners are showing interest, but may have to work hard to show a possible pathway for the Brazilian in the backline.
Real Madrid have also expressed interest in the youngster, while other reports have also linked Liverpool, Chelsea and a whole host of other clubs.
Vitor Reis release clause
Reis has a contract at Palmeiras until December 2028, which keeps him at the club for the next four years.
Included in that deal, though, is a release clause that could allow clubs to swoop in and land him without negotiating with the Brazilian club.
The Athletic claims that the release clause is worth €100million [£83.3million], while the side intends to keep hold of him until at least the new Club World Cup tournament in the summer of 2025.
