Bukayo Saka was the talk of the build up to Arsenal’s clash with Liverpool and quickly made his presence known.
After missing Arsenal’s previous two fixtures due to a hamstring injury, fans were relieved to see Saka return to the starting XI.
The Gunners struggled without the Englishman on the right side, with the creative outlet in Mikel Arteta’s side limited due to his absence.
Against Liverpool, the manager surprised many by naming both the winger and Jurrien Timber in the starting line up, with Saka quickly the talk of North London after the whistle blew.
It took the England international just nine minutes to score on his return to action, sending the Emirates into pandemonium.

Arsenal fans applaud Bukayo Saka after Liverpool goal
Saka would have been the talk of Arne Slot’s preparation ahead of the game, with a lot of focus on Andy Robertson’s duty to keep the Arsenal star at bay.
Some things are inevitable, as the 23-year-old quickly got the better of the Scotsman, giving his side the lead early on with his 50th Premier League goal.
It didn’t take long for fans to sing Saka’s praises, with Arsenal supporters taking to X to express their admiration for the Hale End product.
“Saka just unbelievable wow,” one fan said, an opinion shared by many after his goal.
Several took the time to state Saka’s ranking in the Premier League, with a supporter declaring, “Saka might be the best in the league.”
“Saka is world class man,” another said, while a fellow Arsenal follower called on one Real Madrid star to learn from the Gunners ace.
“Kylian Mbappe take notes from Bukayo Saka!”
If Arteta was unsure of Saka’s importance to his side, the Spaniard was reminded very quickly, with an Arsenal fan rushing after the Englishman’s goal to say, “Bukayo Saka is irreplaceable.”
“Saka is the difference. What a player,” another said, as fans celebrated the ‘inevitable’ forward’s opening goal.
The winger got the better of Robertson at the first time of trying, with a lot of credit going to Ben White for his perfectly executed pass.
“Nahh Saka sent Robertson back to Glasgow,” an Arsenal fan said, as many others commended the forward for making the difference immediately after returning to full fitness.
“Saka is unreal! Coming back from injury and already making waves. What a player!”
Saka makes all the difference
If there’s one player that Arsenal fans would want to see fit for the season, it’s Saka, who took no time at all to announce his return to action.
The 23-year-old is in unstoppable form, elevating his game week after week in Arteta’s side.
One thing that’s for sure is that Arsenal won’t want to be without the Hale End graduate again any time soon, with Saka’s inevitability something that Arteta has grown to rely on.
