It’s Arsenal vs PSV Eindhoven in the Europa League at the Emirates this evening and here’s our predicted XI.

Mikel Arteta’s men have maintained a flawless record in the competition so far. We’ve won each of our first three games, and a win today against the Dutch giants will all but confirm our status as the winners of the group.

Predicted Arsenal XI vs PSV

Mikel Arteta fielded his best available side against Leeds United on Sunday, and although it has been a few days since that fixture, we expect quite a few changes against PSV – seven to be exact.

Matt Turner will return in goal with a back four of Ben White, Rob Holding, Gabriel Magalhaes and Kieran Tierney starting in front of him. The Scotsman has fallen down the pecking order at the moment, but we expect him to play today in place of Takehiro Tomiyasu.

Granit Xhaka is one of our most important players. He has been exceptional since the start of this season, and we expect him to lead the team against PSV this evening.

Thomas Partey has been magnificent for us recently, but we can’t see Arteta starting him again. His fitness has to be handled carefully and we expect Albert Sambi Lokonga to come in for him this evening.

Reiss Nelson is expected to start on the left flank after making his first start in over a year last week.

Fabio Vieira is all set to take Martin Odegaard’s place in attacking midfield, and on the right flank, we think Arteta will stick with Bukayo Saka, who has been in top form lately.

Up front, it will be Eddie Nketiah leading the line and after failing to score last week, he’ll do everything to find the back of the net against PSV this evening.

Predicted Arsenal XI vs PSV: Turner, White, Holding, Gabriel, Tierney, Xhaka, Lokonga, Nelson, Vieira, Saka, Nketiah.
