Arsenal have picked up a comfortable 3-0 win against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.
The pressure was on the Gunners on Saturday afternoon. They went into the game without a win in their last four games, and there was no room for error against Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.
Arsenal started the game brilliantly and Leandro Trossard should’ve scored very early in the game. Jurrien Timber found the net, but his goal was ruled out for offside.
Bukayo Saka then gave the lead for Arsenal in the 15th minute before a Thomas Partey stunner in the second half doubled the score. Ethan Nwaneri sealed the game with a lovely goal in the 85th minute.

Five things you may have missed during Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest
Martin Odegaard coaches his teammates
Martin Odegaard started his first home game in almost three months on Saturday afternoon, and he was absolutely magnificent. He ran the show for the Gunners.
What you may have missed was the captain’s guidance to his teammates off the ball. He told everyone around him when to press and when to hold back, and his instructions made Arsenal so much more dangerous.
We’re so glad Odegaard is back.
Unselfish Bukayo Saka shows a new side
Saka scored an unbelievable goal for Arsenal against Nottingham Forest.
How many times have we seen the Englishman unselfishly pass the ball to a teammate instead of shooting if they are in a better position?! Against Forest in the first half, Saka decided to be a little selfish, ignored an easy ball to Mikel Merino and took the shot on. He scored a stunning goal.
This is a new side to Saka’s game and we hope he continues taking more responsibility.

Emirates Stadium announcer changes things up
Stadium announcers in England usually go about their jobs without trying to go overboard. Against Nottingham Forest on Saturday, Arsenal’s announcer changed things up.
Instead of announcing the goalscorer’s name like he usually would, the announcer shouted the player’s first name and waited for the fans to scream the last name.
Most fans at the Emirates seemed like they enjoyed the change, and some on social media have praised the announcer too.
Arsenal fans were furious with two referee decisions
Simon Hooper was the referee for Arsenal’s game against Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
The 42-year-old seemed to lose a bit of control in the game in the first half, booking Jorginho, Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka.
Then, right after the break, he decided to ignore Jota’s attempt to waste time after making a foul – he picked the ball up and threw it away. Ola Aina did the same thing later in the half, and that was allowed to slide too.
Arsenal fans, on both occasions, were furious!
Clever Mikel Arteta decision at half-time saves the day
Arsenal have faced three red cards already this season and the last thing they needed was another one against Nottingham Forest on Saturday,
Jorginho got booked in the 24th minute of the game and made a couple of fouls after that. He had a go at the referee after a decision went against him as well.
There was every chance of a second yellow after the break, so Mikel Arteta took no chances. He withdrew Jorginho at half-time and replaced him with Partey.
The red card was thus avoided and to make things sweeter, Partey scored a screamer to double Arsenal’s lead.
