Eberechi Eze wasn’t the only Arsenal player to enjoy the North London Derby, as Bukayo Saka made his delight known to everyone.
The North London Derby was memorable for Saka, not only because of the incredible 4-1 scoreline.
Footage caught Saka’s reaction to Arsenal’s incredible tifo, stripping back the captain’s focused exterior to expose the childhood Gooner who has been at the club since he was seven.
It was beautiful to see what the derby truly means to the Arsenal academy graduate, and while his pre-match emotion was touching, his post-match reaction was raucous.

Bukayo Saka’s North London Derby celebration proves he really is Mr Arsenal
Though he didn’t score, Saka caused Tottenham real problems in the derby, making a nuisance of himself on the right side.
A nuisance is what Spurs might be thinking of the winger post-match, too, as Saka made his thoughts on the win known to both dressing rooms.
Arsenal’s social media personality, David Frimpon, known as ‘Frimmy’, described what Saka did behind the scenes after the victory.
“Oh yes, everyone was just gassed, Bukayo Saka was shouting, everyone said he sounded like the goat meme,” Frimpon said on The Dispatch, Arsenal’s official podcast.
“It was loud,” he continued, “I think Raya hugged me, and Ebs gave me a smile at the end with his hat-trick ball.”
Is Bukayo Saka already an Arsenal legend?
The usually modest version of Saka was discarded in that moment, as the Arsenal star couldn’t hold back his emotion after winning the derby.
It only went to prove that Leandro Trossard’s nickname for Saka is spot on, as the Hale End product certainly fits the description of ‘Mr Arsenal’ with his passion for beating Spurs.
How Saka mocked Thomas Frank after the North London Derby win
If taunting Spurs on the pitch and in the dressing room wasn’t enough, the Englishman then reacted to the game on social media.
Saka took a cheeky swipe at Spurs with the help of Eze, referencing both the Lilywhites missing out on his transfer and Thomas Frank’s mocking of Eze pre-match.

In the comments, it became clear that Saka and the Arsenal squad were aware of Frank’s pre-match message to Eze.
Internet personality KSI commented ‘Who’s Eze?’ on Saka’s post, referencing Frank, and the Arsenal star then liked the comment.
Being Mr Arsenal, Saka took the North London Derby personally, showing off his passion for his club.
