When the full-time whistle blow, Mikel Arteta’s job was done for the night as he got the better of his countryman Enrique.

After shaking hands with the PSG manager, the Arsenal boss was spotted walking onto the pitch at the Emirates, where he took the time to share a special moment with each of his players.

Arteta congratulated his players individually in front of a home crowd, celebrating Arsenal’s dominant performance one player at a time.

It was an uplifting scene that unfolded at full-time, showing the unity within the squad and the mutual respect between the boss and his players.

Arsenal sent Champions League message with PSG victory

Arteta’s actions at full-time only reinforced the strength that Arsenal possess at this moment in time.

It’s a strength that can’t be taught on the pitch and one that not every side can achieve, with Arsenal’s togetherness stemming from the belief in Arteta’s project.

The Gunners showed that not only are they difficult to break down on the pitch, but are also a strong structure behind the scenes, as Arteta wasted no time celebrating each of his players that featured in the win.

PSG arrived in North London full of technical ability powered by an influential manager however, as a newly constructed XI under Enrique, the Parisians were lacking where Arsenal have grown.

As highlighted, Arteta has installed a new level of power in his squad, with Arsenal possessing a unity that very few have at the top in Europe at present.
