Catch all the latest Arsenal news, including updates on Antoine Semenyo, Lorenzo Pellegrini and Donyell Malen.
Arsenal are coming off the back of a bruising week in cup competitions, where two defeats have ended their hopes in one competition and put the other in serious jeopardy.
A return to the Premier League offers little salvation though, with the North London Derby against Tottenham up next.
Mikel Arteta will be hoping that a win against the old rivals will kickstart a run of victories in the weeks ahead.
Elsewhere, the January transfer window rages on and plenty of links continue to circulate over a possible switch or two.
So with that said, here’s a look at the latest Arsenal news ahead of another busy day.
Arsenal eye Lorenzo Pellegrini transfer
Arsenal have been linked with a surprise transfer for Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini in the January transfer market, according to La Repubblica.
The Gunners are claimed to have made contact with the 28-year-old over a potential deal before the window closes.

Just 18 months remain on the contract of Pellegrini, which could impact the chances of a sale this month, while his value remains high.
There isn’t only Arsenal in the race, with Napoli and Inter Milan also claimed to be monitoring a potential switch.

Arsenal learn asking price for Antoine Semenyo
A forward appears to be on the radar at Arsenal this January, given the lack of options currently available in the squad.
One of those linked has been Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo, following some impressive performances for the Cherries.
While a deal may be possible, the transfer price tag could well put the Gunners off from making an offer in the weeks ahead.

According to the Northern Echo, Bournemouth will only allow for an exit for Semenyo is £50million is received this January.
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal would be willing to stump up that sort of cash before the end of the transfer window.

Ex-Arsenal ace Donyell Malen set to join Aston Villa
Over the years, Arsenal have seen plenty of big players come and go from the club, some for better or worse.
However, one that the side may be regretting is Donyell Malen, with the star leaving the Hale End academy to join PSV Eindhoven.
That move saw him impress, joining Borussia Dortmund and now, seemingly, being on the brink of a return to the Premier League.
According to Fabrizio Romano, a deal for Malen to join Aston Villa is now completed and set to be announced.
It’s a move that strengthens the rivals, while it may also see him feature for Villa against Arsenal in their upcoming clash.
