Arsenal have shared a clip of fans dancing in the stands on social media.

Arsenal have posted a video of travelling fans enjoying a party atmosphere in the stands of the Vitality Stadium, watching on as the Gunners secure a thumping 4-0 win against Bournemouth.

Saturday afternoon was an excellent time for travelling Arsenal fans. The north London club produced a fine performance on the south coast, with goals provided by Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, Kai Havertz, and Ben White.

Havertz’s strike from the penalty spot early in the second half was met with a particularly rapturous reception from the Arsenal fans. The German has struggled to produce his best form since his £65 million arrival from Chelsea in the recent summer transfer window, but finally opened his goalscoring account for the club against Bournemouth.

After the 24-year-old found the back of the net there was a carnival atmosphere amongst the Arsenal fans, who belted out a chant in Havertz’s honour, and danced beside the pitch on a sun-bathed afternoon.

Arsenal celebrate their celebrating fans

Arsenal posted a video of these delighted fans on their official TikTok page, along with a caption that read, “We love that energy in the front row. What football is all about.”

Such a rousing display of support will have boosted the players’ confidence, and certainly gone a long way towards helping Havertz in particular feel more at home at Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta and his squad will now head into a busy week for the club on a high off the back of this performance and result. It is a good time for the Gunners to be full of confidence, as they are in Champions League action against Lens on Tuesday evening, before a crucial face off with reigning Premier League champions Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

They will need to be at their best, and full of self-belief in both games, and the fans will have their part to play once again.
