Arsenal confident of sealing new Nicolas Jover contract
Arsenal set-piece coach Nicolas Jover is worth more than his weight in gold to the club at the moment, with his contributions being seen on a regular basis.
The Gunners have become almost inevitable from corners and free-kicks, with a certain expectation hanging in the air every time they get one.
That happened once again in mid-week against Manchester United, where Arsenal scored two goals to defeat their rivals, both from corners.

It has put Jover back under the spotlight once again, with the master of the set-piece becoming a talking point for the future.
Fortunately for Arsenal, it seems as though the coach could be set to stay for a little while longer.
That’s because according to The Athletic, there is a “confidence” that a deal will be signed soon enough to extend his stay.

Jamie Carragher slams Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta came under fire from ex-Liverpool defender and pundit Jamie Carragher for his actions during the clash with Manchester United.
The head coach was spotted on several occasions by the touchline, almost interfering with play as the ball moved to the near side.
It led to some frustration from Carragher, who said on the Stick to Football watch along: “Honestly… he [Arteta] needs tackling.”
When Ian Wright asked if he would tackle the manager, Carragher responded: “I’d tackle him. Even if we were in possession.
“If I had the ball and he was that close to me, I’d follow through, I’d tackle him.”
Carragher isn’t the first to be left frustrated by the Arsenal manager’s antics and he certainly won’t be the last.

Bukayo Saka makes Manchester United claim
Arsenal star Bukayo Saka has claimed that he looks forward to play Manchester United the most out of any team during the season.
It comes after the Gunners ran away 2-0 winners over the Red Devils, giving them a huge boost in the race for the league title.

Speaking to Amazon Prime Video, Saka said: “A beautiful game to play in as an Arsenal player, a game I look forward to playing in the most.”
That is despite having some huge games against the likes of Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester City over recent years.
