Arsenal’s biggest rivals Tottenham are having a disastrous injury crisis right now but the Gunners could now have a serious worry over teenage defender, Jaden Dixon.
Dixon was only given his first-team debut recently when he came off the bench at Mansfield in the FA Cup.
However, playing back in the under-21s as Arsenal took on Leicester, it appears Dixon could be injured quite seriously.

Jaden Dixon injured during Arsenal under-21s fixture
It’s never a good sign for any Arsenal player to pick up an injury, let alone a talented youngster who has just been given his big break in the first-team.
However, Jaden Dixon looked in considerable pain as he was helped off the field just before half-time against the Foxes.

In footage doing the rounds on social media, Dixon can be seen being helped off by two Arsenal staff members. Both staff members are holding Dixon up as he appears to be struggling to put any weight whatsoever on his foot.
It’s a worrying sign for Dixon as a teenager. We’ve seen in the past how one serious injury can put a massive blocker on a young player’s career.
After only signing from Stoke in January, Dixon has had an immediate impact at The Emirates.
Mikel Arteta has already rewarded him with a debut and he is a constant feature in first-team training sessions.
If Dixon’s injury is serious, then it’s a bitter blow for a young player who might well have fancied playing his part in the Premier League run-in.
