Arsenal have a huge run of fixtures awaiting them in the race for the Premier League title, with rivals Liverpool and Manchester City also eyeing silverware.
Arsenal continued their rich vein of form as they dismantled Burnley at Turf Moor to keep themselves firmly in the Premier League title conversation. Martin Odegaard opened the scoring with a strike from the edge of the box.
Bukayo Saka doubled that lead from the penalty spot, before completing his brace shortly after the halfway mark. Mikel Arteta‘s team have rediscovered their goalscoring touch in recent weeks, with Leandro Trossard and Kai Havertz continuing that impressive run by adding a fourth and fifth goal to the scoresheet.
Results elsewhere meant that Arsenal moved up to second, two points behind leaders Liverpool and two clear of Manchester City – who have a game in-hand over both teams. The Gunners have now won five out of their last five league – making them the most in-form team in the division.
There’s a big few months ahead for them and the rest of the teams with an eye on the trophy, with the fixtures coming thick and fast. With that said, here’s a look at the next five Arsenal fixtures and how they compare to Liverpool and Man City.

Arsenal fixtures
Newcastle (H) – February 24
Next up for Arsenal is a home clash against Newcastle United, a team that have struggled as of late under Eddie Howe. The Magpies have been inconsistent this season, with 11 wins, four draws and ten defeats to their name so far.
Injuries have played a large part, however there is still plenty of quality in the side that could cause some problems for the Gunners.

Current form: Two wins, two draws, one defeat.
Last head-to-head: Newcastle 1-0 Arsenal – 4 November, 2023.

Sheffield United (A) – March 4
A trip to relegation strugglers Sheffield United follows as their returning boss Chris Wilder is hopeful of scrapping for every point possible. The Blades could cause plenty of problems with their signature five-at-the-back formation, with seven points the current gap between them and safety.

Current form: One win, one draw, three defeats.
Last head-to-head: Arsenal 5-0 Sheffield United – 28 October, 2023.

Brentford (H) – March 9
Two London derby clashes in quick succession start off with a match against Brentford at the Emirates Stadium. The Bees are still in the relegation conversation, but have earned themselves a margin of safety to work with.
The return of Arsenal transfer target Ivan Toney has given Thomas Frank a huge boost and could cause plenty of problems for the Gunners.
Current league position: 14th.

Last head-to-head: Arsenal 1-0 Brentford – 25 November, 2023.

Chelsea (H) – March 16

Current league position: 10th.
Current form: Two wins, one draw, two defeats.
Last head-to-head: Chelsea 2-2 Arsenal – 21 October, 2023.

Manchester City (A) – March 31
Completing the run of five fixtures comes one of the biggest clashes left in Arsenal’s remaining matches. It could be billed as their date with destiny as the Gunners take on current champions Manchester City in a potential title head-to-head.
With the title race so tight, the outcome could decide the whole race by the end of the campaign. City have been far from their fluid best and with Arsenal finding their scoring touch, it may be the right time for a face off.
Current league position: 3rd.
Current form: Four wins, one draw, zero defeats.
Last head-to-head: Arsenal 1-0 Man City – 8 October, 2023.

Average league position of opposition: 11th.
Arsenal’s next five fixtures have a real mix of opposition that could cause a few upsets along the way. Clashes with Chelsea and Brentford will be an extra challenge, due to the London derby aspect, though there is an advantage in being at home for both clashes.
The tie with Man City may well be the biggest of the lot though, with the Gunners needing to show their title credentials in full for the showdown.
Liverpool fixtures
Luton Town (H) – February 21
Nottingham Forest (A) – March 2
Manchester City (H) – March 10
Everton (A) – March 17
Brighton (H) – March 31
Average league position of opposition: 12th.
Liverpool’s next run of fixtures comes with some tricky ties that could derail any potential title push for the season. Their involvement in the Carabao Cup final means there will be a break between their first and second fixture coming up, while FA Cup action means fixtures are stacking up while injuries are becoming a problem.
Back-to-back clashes against Man City and Everton will put the team to the test, with plenty riding on both fixtures. It could be a tough run ahead for the Reds.

Man City fixtures
Brentford (H) – February 20
Bournemouth (A) – February 24
Manchester United (H) – March 3
Liverpool (A) – March 10
Brighton (A) – March 17
Average league position of opposition: 9th.
Manchester City have a host of challenging games ahead, most notably their back-to-back clashes with local rivals Manchester United and then title rivals Liverpool. With a number of away games too, it could be a period of more dropped points.
