David Ornstein has suggested that as many as four first-team Arsenal players could be sold this summer, including Aaron Ramsdale.
The Gunners were unable to make any January signings due to the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules, which this season has played a major part in his clubs operate in the market.
Everton and Nottingham Forest have already been charged by the league for breaching rules surrounding PSR, with more teams expected to face punishment in the coming weeks.
Arsenal could sell Aaron Ramsdale to meet PSR and FFP demands

And according to Ornstein, Arsenal could sell as many as four first-team players this summer to help meet PSR requirements as well as FFP, with Ramsdale, Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe and Reiss Nelson also in the firing line.
Indeed, Arsenal are in for another big summer later this year, and getting players out the door to avoid financial punishment is a sensible decision from the club.
Ornstein said: “Clearly they have to balance some things out, and there are some obvious potential exits. In no particular order, you’ve got Aaron Ramsdale, you have Eddie Nketiah at the other end of the pitch.
“I’ll also ally that one with Emile Smith Rowe and Reiss Nelson. If any of them three were to leave, it would represent pure profit from an accounting perspective and serve them extremely well in the FFP and PSR calculations.”
Arsenal could make some serious profit this summer

If there’s one thing Arsenal are particularly bad at when it comes to the transfer market, it’s selling players for a price that reflects their true value.
Over the years, the Gunners have been on the end of some truly horrible sales that have come to bite them in a big way, yet this summer could be different.
The sale of Ramsdale could bring in some good funds for the Gunners, with Nketiah, Smith Rowe and Nelson players who would recoup straight profit for Arsenal given their academy status, with some big fees potentially on the horizon.
