After leading for such a long way, it’s obviously in the back of your mind, and then with how good City have been and how good they are, you think bloody hell.

“But we knew once we’d lost at Man City away, we still knew, we took so much from that day we were like we’re still going to do it, we still believe. So, mate, we’re just buzzing!”

The Gunners’ players have been celebrating throughout the entirety of Wednesday, with Rice being spotted outside the Emirates Stadium in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The midfielder was joined by Eberechi Eze, Bukayo Saka and Jurrien Timber as the players took a moment to let it all sink in.
