Madueke played a key role in the first goal as the Arsenal winger was fouled by Luka Modric inside the penalty area, and Kane scored from the spot.
Going into the break, the England fans had a lot to say about the 24-year-old’s performance, and it was fair to say they were impressed.

Arsenal winger Noni Madueke looked really lively for England during the first 45 minutes against Croatia at the World Cup.
The winger managed 18 touches, completed one dribble, five carries, and completed 10 passes during the first half.
England struggled defensively; however, their attacking front three was very lively, and Madueke helped them to open the scoring.
