Every club in the world, including Arsenal, would love to have Lamine Yamal in their squad.
The Barcelona wonderkid is arguably the best young player in world football, and many people even believed that he deserved to win the Ballon d’Or this year.
Ousmane Dembele took that crown, but Yamal is very likely to get his hands on the prestigious award in the future if he continues playing in the same way.
Arsenal have a fantastic group of young players too. Nobody is on Yamal’s level just yet, but Cristhian Mosquera has spotted someone similar.
Cristhian Mosquera says Arsenal youngster Max Dowman is similar to Lamine Yamal
Max Dowman is arguably the best 15-year-old talent in world football.
The teenager, who is a product of the Arsenal Academy, has already made his senior debut under Mikel Arteta and has impressed.
Reports revealed recently that Real Madrid have been wowed by Dowman and are scouting him – that’s how big a talent he is.
Mosquera, who is a big talent himself, has been amazed by the youngster, so much so that he has spotted similarities with Yamal.
The defender told The Athletic: “I don’t mean to compare, but his style and way of playing is like Lamine Yamal. His movements are Lamine-esque.
“I didn’t have him on my radar, and when I got to Singapore, he was already training and playing. When they told me he was 15, I couldn’t believe it.
“He really is an incredible player, and I think he’s going to be world-class.”

Cristhian Mosquera shares what he really thinks about Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly
Before Dowman came into the picture, Arsenal’s two wonderkids were Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly.
The teenagers followed in Bukayo Saka’s footsteps, and they are now regulars in the first team.
Mosquera has seen them play over the last few months, and it is safe to say that the Spanish defender has been really impressed.
He said: “You see 17 and 18-year-olds like Myles or Ethan, and they play like they’re 30, like they’ve been playing football their whole lives.
“It’s incredible.”
