Gabriel and Saliba are likely to enjoy many more seasons at Arsenal, and it will not be easy for the 21-year-old to break into the starting XI.

Defensively, the former Valencia man was flawless against Tottenham, and it is not the first time this season he has failed to put a foot wrong.

Perhaps Timber should also watch out, as the defender helped to tip the game back in Arsenal’s favour and calm things down.
