Arsenal star Viktor Gyokeres has been making the headlines a lot in recent weeks.
The Sweden international was viewed as the solution to all of Mikel Arteta’s problems in attack, and he started the season well, scoring three goals in his first four Premier League games.
Then, Gyokeres went on a goalless run for club and country, but that drought came to an end after his brace against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday.
The Arsenal striker is earning praise again, but Gary Neville has identified a potential problem.

Gary Neville says Viktor Gyokeres will score 20 goals for Arsenal this season
If you had said at the start of the season that Viktor Gyokeres would have a 20-goal debut season, most Arsenal fans would’ve taken it.
The Gunners have struggled up top in recent seasons, so a prolific goalscorer was the dream in the summer.
Neville, who played with some elite centre-forwards in his career, has claimed that Gyokeres will score plenty of goals for Arsenal this term.
However, the pundit feels that all of those strikes will come against smaller teams and not in the big games.
Speaking on the Stick to Football podcast, Neville said: “Do you know Gyokeres? He’s going to score 20 goals, but in games and in moments that maybe aren’t quite big goals.
“He’s going to contribute a lot, but in like, you know what I mean by that?”
Viktor Gyokeres doesn’t have to score big goals for Arsenal
Every striker would want to score against the big clubs to win games for their side, and we’re sure Gyokeres is no different.
However, if Neville’s prediction does come true, we don’t think it’s the end of the world for Arsenal.
The Gunners’ problem in recent years hasn’t been against the bigger sides in the Premier League; it has been when they face teams that sit deep and defend with a low block.
If Gyokeres can score 20 times against those teams, Arsenal will almost be guaranteed to win the Premier League title this season.
However, we are convinced that Gyokeres will find the net in big moments as well in the coming weeks and months.
