Gary Neville has given his verdict on how Arsenal can win the Premier League after Manchester City’s draw against Liverpool yesterday.
The reigning English champions escaped Anfield with a point after the Reds came from 1-0 down to secure a draw against City, a game in which Liverpool dominated.
With Arsenal winning 2-1 against Brentford on Saturday, the Gunners head into the March international break top of the Premier League, with Mikel Arteta’s side next facing City in the league.

And speaking on the Gary Neville Podcast after Sunday’s headliner at Anfield, Neville detailed how Arsenal can beat City to the Premier League title, as well as Liverpool.
As explained by the pundit, beating City at the Etihad Stadium will put Arsenal in a brilliant position for the title, but other results elsewhere will be what secures the Gunners the Premier League.
Neville said: “The reason I believe Arsenal have to go to Manchester City and win is because Arsenal do have to go to other grounds, they have to go to Old Trafford, Tottenham, other places.
“To really change the psyche of this Manchester City team, you’ve got to damage them yourselves, you’ve got to believe that you’re better than them.”

City and Liverpool have set the new precedent for what it means to be title winners, with points records being broken as well the number of wins a team must set to lift the Premier League.
And for Arsenal, this is the new normal they must be striving to become in the remaining fixtures this campaign, with perfection likely needed if the Gunners are to win English football’s biggest prize.
Indeed, Arsenal’s squad has never looked healthier and form has been as good as it has been in decades, yet maintaining this level will be difficult for the north London side, but it could result in silverware.
