Marquinhos insists PSG are not favourites vs Arsenal
Marquinhos has firmly insisted that PSG are not the favourites against Arsenal and labelled them as one of the toughest opponents they have faced.
When asked whether PSG are favourites, Marquinhos told TNT Sports Brasil: “We can’t fall into that trap. Honestly, Arsenal last year, when we played against them, were one of the toughest teams we faced.
“It’s one of the hardest matchups. They know very well how to play against us and against this style of play.
“But we cannot fall into the trap of thinking we’re favourites, especially in a final. A final is 50-50. Anything can happen in a single match. The stadium will also be split 50-50 between the supporters.”
