Arsenal picked up a comfortable 4-1 win against Leeds United at the Emirates this afternoon, and here are our player ratings.

A brace from Gabriel Jesus and goals from Ben White and Granit Xhaka sealed the clash, and we’ve now won seven consecutive games in the Premier League – our best run under Mikel Arteta.

Arsenal remain eight points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table.

Arsenal player ratings vs Leeds United

Aaron Ramsdale: 8.5/10

Ramsdale was brilliant when he was called upon. He saved us in the first minute of the game and made a big save in the second half too. He couldn’t do much with the deflected goal, which sadly cost him his clean sheet.

Ben White: 9/10

White wasn’t his dynamic self today because of Bukayo Saka’s absence from the start. That, however, didn’t stop him from having a good game, and he capped it off with a nice goal right at the start of the second half.

Rob Holding: 8/10

William Saliba’s absence struck fear in Arsenal fans’ hearts, but Holding has done well in both games he has started recently. He had another solid display and he should be really pleased with his performance today.

Gabriel Magalhaes: 8/10

Gabriel, once again, was solid. He is getting better and better every single game, and he is, in our opinion, the best defender in the Premier League right now.

Oleksandr Zinchenko: 7/10

Today was definitely not one of Zinchenko’s best games – you could see how disappointed he was with himself when he was substituted in the second half. Nothing to worry about, though.

Thomas Partey: 8/10

Partey too wasn’t at his usual level, but he still was very, very good. When he’s on the pitch, we look so much more assured than when we are without him, and Arteta did the right thing by taking him off after an hour to protect him.

Granit Xhaka: 9/10

This guy cannot stop scoring. That’s now three goals in his last three games for Arsenal, and he added one in the international break when he was away with Switzerland as well. Fantastic display.

Gabriel Martinelli: 8.5/10

The Brazilian was lively and worked hard all game. He was at the end of a bad challenge in the final minutes of the first half and spent a while on the floor too, which was worrying. Thankfully, he was not hurt and finished the game without any trouble.

Martin Odegaard: 7.5/10

Odegaard was another player who was not at his best today, but he still finished the game with a fantastic assist. That’s now 17 direct goal contributions for the Norwegian in the Premier League this season, and it’s only a matter of time before he hits 20.

Leandro Trossard: 7.5/10

Trossard wasn’t quite on Saka’s level when he was on the right flank, but he still had a good impact. He picked up an assist too, taking his tally to 10 for the season. What a signing he is proving to be!

Gabriel Jesus: 9.5/10

Guess who’s back!?

Jesus made his first start in the Premier League since November and he capped it off with two goals. He was lively, worked extremely hard, and his return is a humongous boost for us as we enter the business end of the season. Man of the Match!
