Arsenal have reportedly rejected an offer from Galatasaray for Mohamed Elneny.
According to Football London, the Gunners have turned down a bid from the Super Lig side for the 29-year-old midfielder. The Turkish transfer window doesn’t shut until tomorrow.
Elneny has been a target for numerous Turkish sides this window, with Besiktas also reportedly having an offer rejected for the Arsenal man. His contract expires in 2022.

Moreover, the Egyptian international is not likely to sign new terms with the Gunners. Elneny has been with Arsenal since 2016, with the midfielder making well over 40 appearances under Mikel Arteta last season.
Indeed, with just three other central midfielders in the squad, it is unlikely that Arsenal will allow Elneny to leave with the English transfer window now shut.
Thomas Partey will likely suffer another injury between now and January,. Whilst Granit Xhaka and Albert Sambi Lokonga are not enough to man a midfield in the Premier League.

Yet despite a lack of coverage should Elneny leave, Arsenal fans on social media are mad that the club rejected an offer from Galatasaray for the midfielder.
