Daniel Crowley – Go Ahead Eagles
Crowley was yet again Go Ahead Eagles best performer on Sunday but his side fell victim to a 4-0 thrashing from Ajax. The 19-year-old recorded a 91% pass accuracy from 37 passes as well as making team-high 59 touches as well as making 3 tackles in the middle of the park.
Krystian Bielik – Birmingham City
Bielik made a 21-minute cameo appearance which helped ensure safety for Birmingham City in their Championship finale win against Bristol City. Bielik made 2 tackles, won 2 aerial duels and completed 100% of his passes in this performance.
Marc Bola – Notts County
Bola came on as a 58th-minute substitute in Notts County’s final day clash with Newport County who escaped relegation by beating Bola’s side 2-1.
Calum Chambers – Middlesbrough
Chambers couldn’t stop the inevitable as Middlesbrough’s relegation was confirmed by a 3-0 loss to Chelsea on Monday night.
Ismael Bennacer – Tours
Bennacer featured for 79 minutes in Tours’ 3-1 win away to Laval and managed to get an assist but wasn’t able to grab himself a second goal in senior football. Having not lost in 6 games Tours are now up to 14th place in Ligue 2 with two games of the season to play.
Joel Campbell – Sporting Lisbon
Campbell came on as a 68th-minute substitution in Sporting’s 3-1 loss against Belenenses but failed to make an impact after coming on.
Julio Pleguezuelo – Mallorca
Pleguezuelo helped see out Elche in Mallorca’s 1-0 win on Saturday but did have to go for about 20 minutes with a yellow card.
