Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Jesus have both now agreed on one surprising thing about fellow Arsenal teammate William Saliba.
The French international has arguably been the best defender in the Premier League this season, with Saliba taking his game to new heights after breaking onto the scene in England last year.
A physical specimen with a perfect footballing brain, it’s crazy to think how good Saliba already is at just 22-years-old, with the centre-back someone who could play for Arsenal for a decade.
And speaking on Amazon Prime’s TikTok, Odegaard and Jesus both also revealed that Saliba is the most skillful defender at Arsenal, with the duo clearly big fans of the French international.
Indeed, Saliba has taken his game to a whole new level this season, and the defender has shown at times that he can quite the skillful player when under pressure from opposing players.
Odegaard sais when making a five-a-side team: “We have no defenders, know?” Jesus replied: “Maybe Saliba can be here.” Odegaard agreed: “Maybe Saliba. He should be there.” Jesus then added: “He’s skilful, him!”

Saliba has been nothing short of a revelation in the last 18 months at Arsenal, with the youngster showing no sign of slowing down in his incredible development.
And if the centre-back can remain fit, there’s every chance that Saliba can join the likes of Tony Adams and Sol Campbell as Arsenal’s best-ever central defenders.
At 22, the world truly is at Saliba’s feet, with the former Saint-Etienne wonderkid showing this season that he’s already one of the best in the game and only developing more with each passing match.
And for Arsenal, they need to treasure Saliba to the same degree as Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka, such is the centre-back’s incredible potential and world-class quality.
