Martin Odegaard is ready to face either Bayern Munich or PSG

Martin Odegaard has revealed that he is ready to face either Bayern Munich or Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final.

Arsenal will face the winner of the second Champions League semi-final, with PSG taking a slender one-goal advantage over Munich.

Following their 1-0 win over Atletico, Odegaard was asked whether he would prefer Bayern or PSG, to which he told TV 2 Sport: “It’s the same thing, we’ll take what we get.

“First and foremost, we have an important match in the league, and then we’ll get ready for whoever it ends up being.”

PSG could be a good opponent for Arsenal as they will be looking to exact revenge for last season’s defeat at the semi-final stage.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have already beaten Bayern 3-1 this season, and they will be confident of doing the same again in the final.

Both teams were outstanding in the first leg at the Parc des Princes, and whoever Arsenal have to face will be a very tough match-up.

Bukayo Saka on Arsenal’s preferred Champions League final opponent

Saka was also coy about who he would rather Arsenal were to face in the Champions League final, although he did suggest he had a team in mind.

He told CBS Sports: “Come on, man. You can’t ask me that. You know I’m going to have to give a media-trained answer to that question. You know deep down who we want to face; that’s what I’ll say. I’ll leave it there.”

There have been suggestions that Saka was referring to PSG after they stopped Arsenal from winning the competition last term.
