“Declan Rice, this guy runs everywhere, honestly, he doesn’t run out of breath, that’s why we’ve given him the nickname The Horse,” Lewis-Skelly said.
Tim Sherwood praises Declan Rice
Lewis-Skelly isn’t the only person to have given Declan Rice some big praise recently.
Speaking on Sky Sports’ Soccer Saturday, Tim Sherwood also hailed Rice, claiming that he is so good he’s almost like a robot.
“They’ve got players like Declan Rice, he is an AI player, if you had to create a player, an absolute superstar, a manager’s dream, this kid has everything. Timber is probably the best full-back in the world, they have everything,” Sherwood said.
